Shipping Policy
We ship through US Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We reserve the right to use other shipping methods depending on the location and certain specific situations.
We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
**Please Note: Due to Covid-19, Canada/International orders can take up to 30 business to deliver. We cannot ship to India or China at this time.**

Canada First Class Shipping Charges: Arrives 10-30 Business Days
$1.00 to $50.00 = $16.95
$50.01 to $70.00 = 21.95
$70.01 to $100.00 = $24.95
$100.01 and up = $32.95
International First Class Shipping Charges: Arrives 10-30 Business Days
$1.00 to $60.00 = $19.95
$60.01 to $100.00 = $23.95
$100.01 to $150.00 = $28.95
$150.01 to $200.00 = $32.95

Damages & Return/Exchange Policy
All of our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you do not want to keep the item, if it is the wrong color or damages have occurred in shipping, returns or exchanges need to be returned within 14 days after receiving the merchandise. We will replace the item once we receive it, or issue a refund minus the shipping cost back to your original form of payment.
To return or exchange merchandise:
- Pack the item to be returned, in the original packaging if possible.
- Please include a note as to if item(s) are being returned for a refund or an exchange for a different color.
- Ship your package pre-paid and insured via mail.

We will not refund or exchange any items purchased at a store location. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Kits must be returned complete with all items included. We can not accept partial returns or exchanges. If partial kits are returned, no credit will be given and the product received will not be returned.
